Valentine’s day is a great day to bake some sweet treats for the people you love. This cake is naturally colored with beetroot but doesn’t have its flavor.
Sweet pumpkin and warming spices like cinnamon and ginger always work great together. So no wonder these spices work especially great in this spiced pumpkin cake. It’s light and moist and, not unimportant, it’s super easy to make.
A bundt cake is a cake that’s been baked in a ring shaped bundt tin. Which means that basically, this orange and speculaas bundt cake could have had any shape at all. It is the holiday season though. So if you have one of these tins, why not use it?
